Membership To The USS Kitty Hawk Veterans Association Is Open To Any Person Who Has Ever Served Aboard The USS Kitty Hawk At Any Time, In Any Branch Of The Service.

Associate Membership Is Open To Any Spouse Or Relative Of A Member And Shall Be Considered A Non-Voting Member.

Regular Membership Fee: $15.00 Per Year Or $25.00 For Two Years.

Associate Membership For Spouses And/Or Relative Of Current Members (Optional): $5.00 Per Year.

Lifetime Membership Is Also Available.

Membership Benefits:

All of the reunion information is sent out to our members in our quarterly newsletters. Our reunions are held every other year alternating between western, central and eastern United States. Our next reunion (2017) will be held in Nashville, TN. At that time, we will vote on the location of the 2019 reunion to be held at one of the Eastern States. Remember, you must be a member of the USS Kitty Hawk Veterans Association to participate in our reunions. You can contact jfmelka@kittyhawkvets.com for specific information about the reunion.

Membership fees can be paid online through the SHIP STORE by clicking on "Membership Options". If you prefer to mail in your payment, it should be sent to the address on the bottom of the form, and made payable to: USS KITTY HAWK VETERANS ASSOCIATION.

 

Membership Opportunities:

Members of the USS Kitty Hawk Veteran's Association gains access to valuable scholarship opportunities for their family.

The USS Kitty Hawk Veteran’s Association will award Three (3) $1000 Scholarship(s) of a one-time payment of $1,000.00 to the recipients’ institution of higher learning including but not specifically limited to: college, junior college, technical school, trade school or at a school or institution deemed appropriate by the Scholarship Committee. The recipient must be a direct relative, male or female, of a member or deceased member of the USS Kitty Hawk Veteran’s Association. The awarding of scholarship(s) herein is the exclusive decision of the USS Kitty Hawk Veteran’s Association and their decision shall be final.
